We offer EtherStream V solutions direct to UK based businesses.
EtherStream V offers bandwidths of up to 320Mbps downstream and up to 80Mbps upstream, all at a fixed price, and without the traditionally high costs of a fibre connection. By bonding multiple Next Generation Access lines together we are able to give you massive bandwidth at a fraction of the cost of a lease line.
In-built resilience
Your EtherStream V service is inherently resilient; operating over multiple VDSL circuits bonded together – which means if one of your lines goes down, the other circuits will continue to operate.
High performance
We manage our backhaul to ensure that we can bring you the very best performance available, with industry-leading contention rates, packet-loss, latency, and jitter.
Fast repair
Our EtherStream V SLAs are second to none, with 8 hour respond-and-repair times and service credits if performance ever falls outside of our committed levels.

Q: What is EtherStream V?
A: EtherStream V is our bonded VDSL access product. It is provided by bonding 2 or 4 pairs of BT’s existing FTTC service (Fibre to the Cabinet), thereby providing you with double or quadruple the bandwidth speeds you would ordinarily be able to receive with a standard FTTC service.
Q: Is the bandwidth based on a Committed Data Rate?
A: The bandwidth provided is dependent on the line speed of the bonded lines, and hence figures are quoted as “up to”. The bandwidth supported by the bonded lines however is assured.
Q: How is the EtherStream V service delivered?
A: Openreach supply separate FTTC lines, each with network terminating equipment that converts from VDSL to Ethernet. Our on-site router then bonds these lines together.
