£1bn Midlands Logistics Site Canadian developer Oxford Partners & multi-national Logistics Capital Partners will invest £1bn in the new West Midlands Interchange which has approval for 8 million square feet of logistics space. Construction is expected to start in 2022 and complete in 2023 with warehouses ranging from 200k to a million square feet, up to 30 metres high. The roofs will be able to be fitted with solar panels for renewable energy.
